Indonesia had begun start to change general aspect in real life culture. Ecomonic crisis show there are change in politic, law, ecomonic and education. Reformation in Indonesia is phenounema in which the value of morality in politic aspect, law aspect, social aspect dan economic decreasing drasticly.

We know that economic crisis implies in education aspect. There are many of children not yet finish their study well. Many of them just study in elementary school because the fee of education is so high. The parents can’t serve book and other facilitaties to their children.

            In macro system we can see that education system is sentralized which dominancy government, that implies than in primary and secondary student will stagnant. Creativity anf improvisation is hard to do because the element of education just follow the stricky role from government.

            The fact, Indonesia placed in 105 ^th order from 174 countries based on chararter building, while Indonesia also placed in 37^th  from 59 countries based on the competency. Indonesia is under Singapore, Malaysia dan Thailand. If we don’t make a change, our old system will make graduate of school has low competency.

            Reform in education can be done in two levels, that are macro and micro. In macro, we can reform the vision and mission dan develop new paragidm and reduce the lack in our system and stand to defend and develop quality, professionalism aimed new Indonesia, open mind, democratic and solid.

           

            Teachers has big deal in education, teacher is an object and as subject from reformation of education in their role to develop teaching competency and manage classroom. There are a big gaps between idealsm in teaching and what it happened in school. It because teaching is not easy activity.
